Dawn Westmoreland has been very informative and inspirational to me while we went through workplace disparities at the MACPAC during the same time frame. I admire Dawn’s bravery and tenacity to go forward and challenge the Prohibited Personal Practices, Hostile Work Environment and Discrimination done to her in the workplace. Many employees suffering from the same issues were afraid to speak up for fear of losing their jobs. Dawn and I knew that if we pursued the injustice, it would not be easy but someday it would not only work out for our good but for the good of others. Dawn consider yourself a champion!
